Language Arts 7 Package with American History Literature Set - LA7-AM- $199

The Language Arts 7 program introduces students to various genres of writing, such as process writing, informational essays, personal narratives, fictional and persuasive writing. They will develop an understanding of how to use these types of writing to achieve stated goals. This foundational course will also help students to recognize and appreciate the goals of new types of literature they encounter in their reading, preparing them for more advanced literature work.

They will also use a fun grammar program that involves the parent in trying to "catch them" in an error. This interactive program, "Caught 'Ya: Grammar with a Giggle," will provide some lighthearted moments to keep students motivated and provide a fun way for parents to interact with their students at this level. Additional worksheets keep students working on other grammar concepts they've mastered in the past to continue to develop mechanics skills.

The Language Arts 7 program includes the resources listed below, and a guidebook that offers creative writing & reading to coordinate with several themed programs. It also offers your choice of several literature sets, so you'll want to choose the set that includes the themed literature that coordinates with your themed program. Be sure to look for these sets at the bottom of this webpage:
